GERARD DALDRY
Owner
From the beginning in 1997, Gerard Daldry has been at the centre of Protranz's operations, growth and successes. Gerard continues to lead the business from the front and when he's not using his 30+ years of industry experience to help develop his staff he can often be found behind the wheel of one of his collectable Macks.

SHAUNÂ COAKLEY
General Manager
Shaun joined the Protranz family in 2015 as the Operations Manager and has had a hand in tendering & delivering all our projects since then. Shaun’s role now as General Manager is to oversee all aspects of the business and continue to develop the business whilst maintaining the strong company culture that Gerard created back in the early days.
SIMON GAYNOR
Commercial Manager
Simon oversee's business development efforts on behalf of Protranz, working on everything from winning new client contracts to developing marketing and growth strategies and campaigns.
Simon builds and maintains relationships with current and prospective clients in order to keep business growth opportunities in the pipeline.
BEN WHITHAM
Construction Manager
Ben’s broad civil construction experience across New Zealand and Australia stand him in good stead to maintain and further develop Protanz market share.
Ben is responsible for the management and planning of projects. Ben ensures projects are completed safely, within budget and on time. Ben is very personable and works with our clients to ensure project success.
MITCH ARCHBOLD
Drainage Manager
Mitch has recently joined us from SEIPP construction to lead and grow our capability and capacity in the three waters space. Mitch has been in the industry for over 12 years and has worked on a number of highly technically challenging projects and brings his expertise to the management and delivery of the three waters aspects of our project delivery. Mitch is an effective leader with a positive hard working attitude with aligns with Protranz values.
NOEL (IRISH) MC NICHOLAS
Operations Manager
Noel has been with the company for over 10 years & provides vast knowledge and experience surrounding multiple aspects of the business. Noels role is to manage the best interests of the company whilst overseeing all site activities. Therefore Noels responsibility is the management of labor and resources to manage safety, quality and productivity across the projects. He also serves as a company representative on regulatory issues.
KANE OLSEN
Survey Manager
After working alongside the Protranz team during various projects from mid-2018, Kane’s reliability and technical capabilities made him the next ideal candidate to join the Protranz team. Kane’s role is to provide accurate data to assist both on-site and management teams of the company. This role varies between civil set-out and design for both Protranz and clients using modern Leica surveying equipment and 12d software to ensure the delivery of services that align with quality and construction standards.
BRENDAN WEBBER
Systems & Process Manager
Brendon has been with the business for a number of years and has worked his way up from onsite labourer to an important part of the management team. Brendon has recently moved into a new role within the businees leading the way in Process Management, including Health, Safety & Quality assurance.
ZAC WARREN
Logistics Manager
Successful management of the logistics of the fleet is key to the success of Protranz project delivery. Zac manages the Protranz fleet, working to streamline the supply of trucks and machinery to projects.
CRAIG DUNICK
Transport Manager
Craig has a true passion for the transport industry both modern day as well as the years gone by, which makes him a perfect fit at Protranz, often referred to as Gerard's other brother. Craig is in charge of our fleet of hook units as well as our potable water business, Crystal Clear Water.
WHO WE WORK WITH
OUR COMMUNITY
For years Protranz have been heavily involved in community activities and we pride ourselves on supporting local community groups and businesses. We particularly like to give back to the communities we are working in
Protranz provided a Toyota Hilux for the Salvation Army and provide fuel to one of their trucks on an ongoing basis, the cost of which will have accumulated into thousands of dollars’ worth of diesel.
